Real Time Location Services

Indoor positioning system based on ultra-wideband (UWB) technology. This system enables accurate tracking and location of products, devices and autonomous vehicles in real time. UWB technology uses signal time (time-of-flight) measurements for greater accuracy, even in industrial environments and in the case of fast movement. These solutions offer complete tracking and positioning solutions. A real-time positioning system using UWB tags consists of UWB tags and receiving antennas. These tags emit short UWB signals at regular intervals, which are detected by nearby antennas. The antennas transmit these signals and their timestamps over the network to the positioning center, which then determines the position of the tags by measuring the differences in the arrival times of the signals at the various antennas. Since only differences in arrival times are taken into account during positioning, this principle is called the time difference arrival principle (TDoA). Software called Asset Analytics analyzes the data transmitted by the tags and calculates their exact position.
